How to get an eSIM?

You can search the eSIM country/region you want to purchase in QKeSIM  official mall, select your favorite eSIM, click on the details settlement and payment, you will get an eSIM. You can find the eSIM installation QR code and instructions in the email we sent you.

Installation of eSIM

When will I receive my eSIM?

Once you purchase your eSIM, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to install it immediately using a QR code or manual code.Say goodbye to waiting for physical SIM card delivery.Remember that once the eSIM is purchased, it cannot be returned.

When should I set up my eSIM?

Set up your eSIM before your departure. Once you reach your destination, just activate the data plan turning on data roaming. We recommend you print the QR code to take it and manual instructions with you on vacation, just in case. (Remember that you need internet access to install the eSIM)

Using and managing eSIM

How many eSIMs can I install?

eSIM compatible devices allow multiple ESims to be installed, but depending on the device model, the number of ESims that can be activated at the same time may vary. The dual-SIM dual-standby phone can install multiple eSIM at any time.
However, the number of ESims that can be activated on a device will vary depending on the device model. On the iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini, you can use the dual-SIM feature with two active ESims or one nano-SIM and one eSIM. iPhone 12 models, iPhone 11 models, iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR can use the dual-SIM feature with a nano-SIM card and an eSIM card, but only one eSIM can be activated at a time.

Can I install the same eSIM on more than one device?

In most cases, this is not allowed, and depending on the resource provider, most ESims can only be installed once. This means that if eSIM is removed from the device, it cannot be installed again.

When does my data plan begin? & How are the days counted after activation?

Your plan activates and start counting usage days immediately upon connecting your eSIM to any supported network.

For example, if a customer purchases a USA 1-day subscription and activates it at 07:38 on January 1, the user can use the package in USA until 07:37 on the next day (January 2).

What is an "Unlimited Day Plans"?

For example, USA 3 day unlimited day plan (3GB High-speed data)Rule: You will be entitled to 3GB of high-speed data per day. When the high-speed data runs out, the internet speed will be limited to 768kbps (384kbps for both upstream and downstream).High-speed data will be reset every 24 hours to restore high-speed internet access.

Can I make phone calls and send messages with my eSIM?

The eSIM only allows you to use mobile data. It does not include a local phone number for mobile calls or messages. You can still make calls using apps like WhatsApp.

Can I share data with other devices?

Certainly! With the Japan eSIM, you have the capability to share up to 500MB of data per day across devices by creating a WiFi connection using your smartphone. Refer to your device instructions for guidance on setting up a WiFi connection via a mobile hotspot.
